• Account Information: Email address, name (if provided via Google OAuth)
• Swipe History: Which ideas you've saved or dismissed, and any notes you add
• Timestamps: When you created your account and when you interact with the app

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core service: showing you tech news and saving your preferences
• To personalize your feed based on your swipe patterns (coming soon)
• To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns

What We Don't Do

• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT share your personal information with advertisers
• We do NOT track you across other websites

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

• Export: Download all your data in JSON format from your account settings
• Delete: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Access: View what data we have stored about you

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We follow industry-standard security practices.
